First, this Sunday, March 10 is the first day of our Spring Fresh Meat Recruitment. This is an intense, 2.5 month training and orientation that will ensure your commitment to the league and your readiness to get out there and play. Oh yeah, and it is fun as heck!

Saturday, March 16, the AVHR All-stars are heading to Pueblo to play the PDDD Jailhouse Jawbreakers – if you happen to be that way, come check us out (details here). If not, just send your good vibes!

Then we head right back and get ready for our annual St. Patty’s Day Pub Crawl on Sunday, March 17! We’ve got great prizes to give away, green drinks to imbibe, free Moonlight pizza to eat (while it lasts), sick jams to dance to, and lots of downtown cruising at our favorite bars. The Ark Valley High Rollers are once again cooking up some delicious chocolate treats for the 28th Annual Chocolate Lover’s Fantasy Fundraiser for the Alliance Against Domestic Abuse. Come taste all the goodies and support victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Festivities include wine, beer, and spirit tasting from members of the Arkansas Valley Libation Society, coffee from Brown Dog Coffee Company, chocolate and appetizer sampling, a competitive silent auction, and great live music by Red Tischer and Blue Collar Poets.
